The guys at Lion reached out for me to put together an 8-part series of recipe videos and stills to pair with the entire range of the James Squire brews. A big shout out needs to go to the star of the videos, Merivale head chef, Jordan Toft. He brought a depth of food knowledge and ability to execute to the set that I have only rarely worked with.
